Feeling great and happy is an important component in successful manifesting. One way to get there is through meditation. I am sharing here with you a meditation I learned from a buddhist monk in Sri Lanka a long time ago and evolved over the years. I hope it makes you feel as happy as me. 🙂
Find yourself a comfy place to sit: on a cushion on the floor, on your sofa or a favourite chair. Any place where you feel safe and cosy will do.
I also hold my hands open, palm upwards, fingers slightly spread and curling up.
